I live in a city condo building. There are no outdoor grills, nor anyplace to put them. I was wondering what is your experience grilling ribs or steaks or fish or chicken, on an indoor grill.

I saw my stepdad use this to grill some big country ribs right in the kitchen. I never saw the end result, as the grill was cooking very slowly and I ended up leaving.
The odors DO concern me. The more I use it, the more my place will smell like charred meat. hmmm
Home&Garden, wtf. I put this under cooking….I dont remember y/a being so moderated.
I owned one once. They are okay but does not replace the bbq. Also if you condo is small and the vent is not strong there will be lingering food odors.
They aren’t to bad. Try marinating your meat, or your veggies first. You could also use a dry rub. You could also try broiling food to get that kind of charred effect. Of course nothing is going to beat an outside grill.

looks good to me. i use my kitchens electric stove to broil which is about the same as grilling.
you can’t however use a Charcoal grill indoors. it can kill you.
