i always make steak and peppers by [sauteing] but i figured this time i would like to grill them both and get a yummy taste like d’angelos..i have an Indoor ElecElectric Grill…but i already cut up the peppers tiny so is it okay to put them on tin foil and place them on the grill…i want to get the grill taste you get from d’angelos…will it still have that taste or no? do i need to add oil..first?…also how long will it take to cook if i do cook them on tin foil on the grill…thanks

The secret to grilling peppers is to just remove seeds & quarter them.
Brush vegetables with oil to prevent drying & burning them.
Since you’ve already cut them up, it will be just like sauteing them.
Put oil or butter in foil package with peppers & onions & seal them up.
leave the peppers and onion in large pieces then after grilling place in a chopper/food processor and chop to the size you like. If you put them in foil they will not taste the same as cooking over the flame.
or cover your grill grate with foil and poke lots of small holes in it to allow the flame and smoke to reach the peppers and onion.
